Covid 19 has hit Mauritius badly and has left many citizens than work in the informal sector without revenue. Solidarité Covid-19 aims at raising funds to support those families that are facing difficulties to survive due to the absence of revenue. For every Rs 1500 raised, our logistic partner, that holds a proper movement permit from the authorities, will deliver a caddie solidarité Covid-19 to one beneficiary.

HOW DOES IT WORKS?

  • Donators donate through this licensed crowdfunding platform
  • https://www.crowdfund.mu/solidarite-covid-19_11.html
  • For every Rs 1500 raised, a caddie solidarité will be delivered to him
  • 1 voucher per family on a one-off basis.
  • This project will be fully audited by a chartered accountant, registered with the MIPA for transparency.

WHO ARE THE BENEFICIARIES?

  • Caddie Solidarité shall e-register beneficiaries who shall certify that they work in the informal sector and that they are in need of the voucher to survive during the lockdown.
  • Each beneficiary shall submit the name of a referee that shall testify of the genuineness of his situation.
  • Referees (social workers) can register beneficiaries too.
  • Caddie Solidarité will be allocated on a first come first serve basis depending on donations.
  • All beneficiaries have to respect the laws and safety measures implemented by the State.

*The campaign is also flexible to any other hardship case that requires urgent attention.

PLEASE DONATE GENEROUSLY!

THANK YOU
